Under the General Corruption Prevention Regime, managers, employees and collaborators are legally required to report any suspected acts of corruption of which they are aware.
To report such acts, please use the email address denuncia@benege.com, which is available to any manager, employee or collaborator. Whistleblowers are guaranteed total anonymity in compliance with legal provisions on data protection.
Reports submitted via this email address will be analysed by Maria Emília Braz and Miguel Filipe, members of the management team responsible for regulatory compliance. They may use any means at their disposal to investigate the reported facts, including conducting an audit, and will then initiate the respective internal procedures and notify the competent authorities.
Acts of corruption may result in criminal and civil liability for managers, employees and workers, who may also face disciplinary action.
